Scope: Site build for MTV Games and Truth to launch a new game with a video upload contest. Users upload videos and edit them using in-game footage and graphic overlays to create their own thirty second sequence. The site includes a full-featured online video editor, text-message and email alerts, user voting and an admin approval system.
